In this practice we:-
- Aim to keep you as fully informed as possible about your matter and to make sure you are satisfied that we are doing so. Therefore we aim to respond to your telephone calls, e-mails or letters as soon as possible.
- Will keep you informed about progress in the matter and advise you of any delays and explain the reasons.
- Will explain the effect of any important documents and will send you copies of important correspondence.
- Will write to you at the end of the matter confirming that the matter is finished and explain anything further which needs to be done or which you can expect to happen. We will send you a bill for professional fees and a trust account statement of all money received on your behalf and which we have paid out on your behalf.
